Analisi delle competenze in ricerca e innovazione dell’ecosistema dell’Emilia-Romagna sui temi big data e intelligenza artificiale

This study aims at mapping the research and innovation actors and activities contributing to the field of Artificial Intelligence in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. For this purpose, we implemented an innovative approach to capture research, development and innovation activities in this field.

Once identified, the study focused on its characterisation, by depicting the Italian and European regions’ specialisation, mapping of the key actors in the region and their collaboration patterns, presenting the distribution of research and innovation activities by subdomains of the Artificial Intelligence, among others.
